About my personal properties journey
My family used to reside in a relative's 3-room flat at Blk 220 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1. The common room of the unit accommodated the four of us - my parents, my younger sister, and myself.
In 1985, my parents acquired their first HDB 3-room flat at Blk 708 Hougang Ave 2.
In the early 2000s, I, along with my parents, became owner of a 4-room BTO flat at Blk 267A Compassvale Link.
By 2012, I had sold my BTO flat and invested in a resale 3-bedroom condo unit spanning 1163 sqft at The Mayfair (Jurong East), complete with a private lift.
In 2017, I parted ways with The Mayfair unit and relocated to a 4-bedroom residence (1798 sqft) at Kovan Residences, offering a spectacular pool view.
In 2022, I sold the Kovan Residences condo and made the move to King's Drive, a semi-detached house boasting approximately 2427 sqft of land and around 3400 sqft of built-up space.
